Welcome to our school website

Fawbert & Barnard Infants' School is a two-form entry school with a nursery. The original building dates back to 1895 and has been modernised and added to over the years. We are situated in the heart of Sawbridgeworth and draw children from the town and surrounding villages.

We have a strong belief in the value of a high quality education for children in their early years, ensure that children can learn in a happy and secure environment and pride ourselves on our friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

The school had a very successful Ofsted inspection in April 2009.
