Welcome to Year 2 2017

We are Antarctica and Australasia classes

Towers, tunnels and turrets

We are going to Colchester Castle, how exciting. We are going to look at the story of Rapunzel and build her a new tower. We will explore digging deep, deep down to make burrows just like animals that live underground. So much to explore and do. At the end of our topic we will invite our parents to come and share what we have learnt.

We are going to be Street Detectives. We are going to explore our local environment. We have invited the Mayor to come with us. We are going to explore our streets and find out how they have changed over the years.
